FAQs

Do I have to pre-register online, or can I register when I arrive at the event?

All guests of Cadillac must reserve their tickets prior to the event. Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
What is included with my tickets?

You will receive event entry for two guests with access to the Cadillac Hospitality suite. Your ticket package will include an event schedule, map, and information on how to access the Cadillac Hospitality suite.

Does my child require a ticket to enter the Cadillac Hospitality suite?

Unfortunately guests under the age of 21 are not allowed in the suite.

Is there a deadline to reserve tickets?

Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and often sell out. It’s best to reserve early while supplies last.

Is there a cancellation policy?

If you claimed tickets by mistake or are no longer able to attend, please reach out by clicking CONTACT US.

How do I receive my tickets?

You will receive a Know Before You Go email with event details followed by an email from Ticketmaster with instructions on how to access your tickets.

When will I receive my tickets?

Digital tickets will arrive to the email provided during registration the week prior to the event.
Will my event be altered in any way due to COVID-19?

At Cadillac, we put safety first and therefore will be following all guidelines mandated by State and local authorities, event organizers and any other Health department restrictions currently in place. Please be assured that Cadillac will follow all appropriate protocols relating to event safety and cleanliness, as well as mandated social distancing guidelines at the event.

Where is my event located and how do I get to the Cadillac Hospitality suite?

You will receive a Know Before You Go email with details such as event schedule, map, parking directions, and information on how to access the Cadillac Hospitality suite.

Is parking included with my tickets?

Guests arriving in a Cadillac receive complimentary parking in the Cadillac Lot located at Lot H. For non-Cadillac vehicles, General Parking is available on the grounds but is not included with your tickets.

Will Cadillac pay for any of my travel costs?

Unfortunately, no. You will be responsible for your personal travel costs to and from each event.
Where can I stay during the event?

There are a wide variety of lodging options in the area. Please note, hotels are subject to availability and book up quick so it’s best to reserve early.
